Once you're satisfied, we'll move forward with the filming.
How We Operate
To give you a clear understanding of our process, here's an overview of the steps we follow for every job, regardless of its size.
Risk Assessment
Before we even turn up we conduct research about the location to assess whether there are any risks we may need to mitigate or if there are any legalities about flying in the area. We will document all of this and provide it to you if you wish. It is our responsibility to fly safely and legally and we take it very seriously.
Arriving On The Day
We know your time is precious so we will arrive exactly at the agreed time. Upon arrival, we will check in with you and conduct a quick review of the site to confirm our assessment and determine whether there are any other concerns to note.
Please note that operations are weather dependent as drones should not be flown in rain or high winds.
Whilst We Work
You are very welcome to accompany us whilst we work, in case you have any specific requests for footage that we need to factor into our plans.
We will also continue to monitor the surroundings to ensure that we are operating safely. There are scenarios where uninvolved people may be nearby which will involve limiting where we can operate.
Following Up
We will process all the footage within 48 hours and make it available to you in a format you can easily use.
If requested we can also create perfectly edited video that includes your branding.
We will also aim to stay in touch in case there are seasonal photos or events that we can support you with in future.
